It's not worth it
Maintenance takes forever to accommodate service requests, the apartments are cheaply built - my second floor apartment had terrible leaks during heavy rain - and when you leave they charge you for EVERYTHING.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!??
Luxurious, SAFE, comfortable, quick to maintain and friendly staff (especially UK, assistant manager!???? We are so glad we chose this condominium, the satisfaction and comfort are REAL!!!!!!??

The staff is rude. You get your apartment and when you first move in they NEVER answer the phone if you call reception. There is no need to hire new employees, especially a new assistant manager.

Melograno Apts, a fresh start after losing my husband - the love of my life
The Melograno apartment complex with its red-tiled roofs is reminiscent of an Italian village. It is beautifully maintained and has a European feel. The pool is surrounded by palm trees and flowers with birds and butterflies, like a tropical garden. There are fountains and Bar-B-Que pits at both ends of the pool for family fun. There are lovely seating areas and booths. They offer free Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace with a large-screen TV. Melograno has its own lake on a lakeproperty with jumping and playing fish. There are garages and private parking. The club hosts many events throughout the year to promote a sense of community. There is free Starbucks coffee, a computer room, a fitness center and even a gift wrapping room with free paper and ribbon. The Melegrano staff are warm, helpful and caring. Everyone makes you feel special and welcome. It's a safe community and I feel very safe here. My ground floor apartment has an open plan with lots of windows and cupboards. It has a large balcony and outside storage. It overlooks a manicured golf course with a lake and fountain and lots of little bunnies running around. The Melograno Hotel is less than a mile from Baylor Scott & White Hospital and the famous Round Rock Outlet Mall. It is very close to shops and restaurants. Everything you'll ever need is at your fingertips. I like living here; I am so blessed to have found Melograno Apartments. It became my special place and allowed me to recover and rebuild after losing the love of my life.
