How can I dispute the information in my report?
If you believe that any information on your background report is inaccurate or incomplete, you may file a claim free of charge with Accurate Background. The dispute resolution process, also known as the retrial process, can take up to 30 days, depending on the type, scope and source of the disputed information; However, Accurate Background aims to complete any further investigation of disputed information as quickly as possible.
