I have been renting from this property for about 6 years. I always get good customer service and the facilities are clean and well maintained. I recently ran into a billing issue with my device and needed help. I came to the office and I think Lyn was the one I worked with and she fixed it so quickly and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Property manager Jen is always very helpful. While they could use some sticky notes around the office, I don't blame them. Thank you for providing a well-groomed and positive staff at this place.

I rented an apartment today, but I had a lot of questions before signing up online and wanted to see them. I've been to some rusty, dirty warehouses and wanted to make sure they maintained the property. Jenn answered all my questions with patience and a smile while training Breanna's new employee. They escorted my baby and I to our unit, showed us exactly what to do with the doors and lift, and remained extremely friendly and professional. They patiently waited for me to complete my online registration and make sure I knew my device number and password. So far I am very happy and have a great experience. Thanks Jenn and Breanna. You are amazing.

Great service and LORI was phenomenal in terms of customer service and knowledge of pricing and contractual issues. She answered all my questions and was very honest and sincere. This facility is VERY VERY clean. They keep it nice, ALSO went above and beyond to find me a stroller. I feel safe in this place because of the codes and MANY MANY cameras on site!!!!! Thanks Lori!

This place gets less and less service every day. There was hardly any light in my room, but they are very good at increasing the price of the room every time. I chose to shut it down and would not recommend, you pay and pay and they don't have lights that work in the areas. Other than your going to complain and they won't fix it, I don't recommend it at all

We spent about 12 months in this unit and it was a clean and well secured warehouse. Withdrawal was simple and easy (and contactless) and paying via app or website is easy. A move usually requires a 2-day notice period. The front desk person (shout out to LUCY) was amazing and personable. She helped make the moving process easy and quick. She was very professional and helpful!

Smart doors are annoying

I am a teacher and for over a year, during the pandemic, I rent a temperature-controlled room to store school supplies. Everyone was very helpful and friendly along the way. I'm opening a small micro school now and need to temporarily expand my storage space. Kizzy called me back right away and answered all my questions to get me settled in my new room. This is by far the worst place to do business. The staff is confrontational. They will never accept their role in the problem and will not address it, but while smiling at you, they will make up complicated stories to justify their own disgust at it, especially if they hurt you! The district director is hostile and angry. With dirty lips. They raise prices without warning. They do not refund extra money that has been prepaid or prepaid. They will cut your lock, enter your unit and search your belongings. With items that disappear. 5 day grace period, they send you threats that your items will be auctioned! They leave notes on your device and make up stories as you confront them with their woes or go over their heads! The dates are inaccurate and without your confirmation, the client will hire staff without further investigation or contact from you. The bathroom had been out of service for over a year, the only time it was open, there was human waste all over the wall, sink, toilet and floor. When this was brought to the attention of the staff they made no effort to clean it, they put a no sign on it and it has been there ever since! Everywhere with feces and urine. The air conditioning is supposed to feel like a sauna, total discomfort and rats running around the facility, along with the outside lighting, a problem that has also not been resolved for a year! Be very careful and write everything down

I walked in after work, not thinking about the time. It was almost closed when I arrived. I had to buy 2 pcs. Once I realized what time it was I said I'd be back the next day to do what I needed to do but Jenn was amazing. She said that's what she's here for and she's happy to help me, no problem. I have had several units at this facility at various times and return when needed. It's always clean, I get in and out with no problem and everything I need is taken care of. Jenn even remembered me by name when I came two days later. I highly recommend this place! 👍🏼

We live in a world full of terrible customer service and surrounded by people who care more about themselves than the people around them. It was an EXTREME relief to find out that there are still people willing to help people. Long story short, I had a billing problem and my bank told me to go in circles. Tina from Public Storage Louis Henna stayed overtime to help me troubleshoot my bank and keep my account up to date. I know she had other plans (I heard her canceling them on the phone in the background), but she decided to stay and help me anyway. Most people would dismiss me, especially since the problem was my problem (public storage did nothing wrong) and told me to come back the next day after it was fixed. However, Tina waited patiently with me and helped. She was really helpful and really appreciated it. This is the second review I've ever written because I'm usually not motivated to do it. I just want to say... THANK YOU TINA and Public Storage for your patience!

I want to say that I appreciate Tina and Jen for their thoughtfulness. I cleaned my warehouse on the evening of December 31 when they were closed. On January 1st I went back down the street to see if they were open and with a lock and key (I didn't realize I was holding the lock and key) they were locked. When I returned on January 2nd to tell Tina that I no longer needed the apartment, she told me the January rent was still due. I was disappointed to say the least. Tina said she would take care of it and called back to say Jan's rent was settled and I didn't have to pay it. The best service ever! Thank you! Location Louis Henna Round Rock.

I previously left a negative review regarding the issue of increasing my monthly rent by a significant amount. The facility manager said there was nothing he could do. I had to pay the amount or move my stuff. I was very upset hence my bad rating but since then I have been contacted by the district manager who adjusted my rent back to what it should be and said what happened to me was an anomaly. Great customer service!!

I've been storing my stuff here for a year and they still haven't fixed the lights. I need a flashlight to look at my device. I paid all that money to sit in the dark. They tell me it's too expensive to repair. Well, I'll say that after paying the monthly installments. Stay away from this location

I booked my unit online last night and went to check in today. Cindy was my font agent. She was very helpful, showed me my unit, explained reception hours and times I could access my unit. She allowed me to create a port code and unlock the device (I prefer it this way, it works better if I do it myself). No pushy salesman. we realized that the device I ordered was the perfect size. It was 1:00 a.m. promotion and 12:00 admin, I bought stuff to help with the humidity (uh, it was only 8 bucks). I signed up for automatic bill payment (you don't have to, I saw someone come and pay). This is a month to month rental so you are not bound by a contract Cindy's mistake I didn't see the entrance as it is not marked I had to make a loop you are turning into a QT gas station I have never seen a sign that says the warehouse is here closed. . (Also Brandy Bunch's "dear cindy" comes to mind for someone else.) tarpaulin/bug spray/several locks/boxes/etc - none used or needed..

Super easy rental process, decent price - you pay $20 per seat + rental price. I signed up for a special offer of $1 for the first month and paid $57 for the initial fee. It covered unit, insurance, administration and closing costs. Even though the rate wasn't great in the end, LANE was very helpful and friendly, checked me in and registered quickly, made sure my code worked and everything, went over the entire document thoroughly which was appreciated.

I previously owned a used farm but made the mistake of using a nearby farm that cost $166 for a 5x15. I have a steady income and found storage for $28 a month for 2-5 feet less. Eat your heart with Extraspace and you can keep your termites and mice. I spoke to Melanie, a great rep from Publc Storge who gave me everything I needed.

I booked the unit online and went to the facility to complete my unit. Cindy was very helpful when she asked me what I had in stock and offered to show me some pieces. I'm glad she did because I didn't reserve the correct unit of measure. Cindy also followed online prices for a larger unit. Thanks Cindy!

Excellent experience working with Emilio and Kim to get storage space. The facility was very clean and easily accessible. This is one of the best warehouses I've seen in the Pflugerville/Round Rock area.

The best storage I've ever used. First, the location is convenient, on ramp 45. Easy off/easy on. So it's super clean. Emilio, Bill and Jake are always there for safety and service. The price is also the best around. Make an online reservation and then drop in for a visit. It will be the best magazine you've ever used.

I love this magazine and the staff. I've been using them since 2016. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the prices have gone up over the years. I started paying the current online quote of about $126/month per unit. They increased it every year and in 2018 I paid £175 a month but the current rate on their online offer was £126 a month. month. I believe that as a loyal customer I should not pay more than new customers. I had a direct debit so my rent was never late. I wish companies would take care of their loyal customers like they used to.

I called for a quote. The man I spoke to sounded like he didn't want to go to work. When I said I needed storage ASAP, he laughed at me. I told the agent I needed to talk to my husband before I made a decision. I hung up and the agent called back 3 times until I answered. He asked why I hung up. I said I would discuss it with my husband and if we were interested I would call back and ask him to stop calling and hang up. The agent called back. I asked not to call back and remove my number from the system. Then the agent called AGAIN. This is already harassment. Will not use these devices.

This facility is very clean, well lit, has wide aisles, sturdy push carts and is well secured with two locked and coded doors. The best feature though is the staff! Frank and Gregory are polite, friendly and very customer focused. Gregory was great in helping reduce our storage space. We had a 10x13 unit and eventually got to where we no longer needed it. He showed us the different sizes and asked the right questions to see which unit would work for us. He worked with us within the time frame to move our stuff. It was a really easy transition, made the move so much easier than I imagined. The entire complex is clean and well-kept. The staff is great to work with. 5 stars all the way!

My wife and I recently rented a 10x20 unit and received 5 star customer service from Greg and Kim. IMO there's really no reason to go anywhere else if the prices and service aren't right! My competitor's unit was $80 more per month when I shopped online. $80! I also want to point out that this is not the first time I have encountered this kind of customer service in a public store. 3 years ago when I moved to the city I rented on PS on spectrum. During my trip I got caught in a storm which slowed me down and the lady stayed after work to wait for me and check me in. She didn't have to and I made sure to give her a review. A great customer service company that cares about their customers and makes sure they come back and recommend something that seems to be taken for granted these days.

I chose this public warehouse for several reasons... 1) Air conditioning, 2) Location 3) Nice design. I didn't expect how wonderful the staff would be! TERRIBLE customer service! They were incredibly rude, it was like they had never interacted with a customer before! We already paid for our month of service, a few weeks later they called us and told us that because they updated their systems between our month, we owe them an extra $100 even though we had confirmation and no extra charges were ever taken! They talked about us, they were incredibly condescending and said our paperwork doesn't matter because everything is new on their side. Then they told us that if we don't pay them they will cut our zipper and take all our stuff! We will never use or recommend public storage to anyone we know again!

Jen and Lisa make visiting the property a real pleasure. The real advantage of using this warehouse is the trolleys. This makes loading and unloading very easy. The facility is always clean. Jen and Lisa always have time to answer questions.

Lisa was amazing! we had to get out of the smaller size and rent a bigger one. Then we filled up the big one and had to rent the smaller one. Lisa was good at telling us to let them know the sliding door was open because if we locked it it would close. It was very busy and we had a huge moving truck with my daughter's house. There are so many hidden costs that they surprise you when you check in! $11+/month for MANDATORY unit insurance added to the already set price. Extra $20 towards lock purchase. You MUST buy THEIR lock, although units will work fine with any old lock. $20 handling fee. I'm sure all storage devices do this, but that doesn't make it acceptable. Stay away from magazines if you can, but definitely stay away from this one.

First, my experience won't be very good. I should have known how they hunted when I first got a server. I never do reviews right away because people are very nice when they try to introduce you or do business. So I wait a few weeks (almost a month in this case). Well, let's go. It's a beautiful facility and everyone seemed nice and polite. I like that it seems very safe... The person I dealt with (name on the card) was Kimberly. When she told me I needed to have tenant's insurance I told her I already had it (this is required if you live in an apartment) and she told me I still needed to have their insurance (which I found out later except that that is not TRUE). I told her that since then there is no way to insure the double content of the same items. She said I had to have it before I could move my stuff. So I went ahead and bought the lowest amount because I knew I would call State Farm to check. My insurance agent told me I don't need them and that my tenant's insurance statement says it also covers STORAGE INSURANCE. When I called Public Storage back, the same person (Kimberly) acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I told her that my agent had sent me my statement and that I was on my way to show it to them as now I had to fill out a cancellation form which could not be emailed to me. Kimberly told me I would receive a check in the mail for the tenant's sum insured. Consider? It's been 3 weeks and NO CONTROL. I called Public Storage and someone gave me a number to call another company to find out why I didn't get one. I called (Claims Company for short) and no claim was ever made. Why didn't the one who finished answer the phone and check my account JUST TELL ME THERE WAS NO CLAIM? I wonder how many people have tried to pass through here?

Dear public raise, I am asking for a raise for Kim G, Lisa and Saraha. They are at your store #29225 in Round Rock, Texas. I highly recommend this magazine. The cleanliness of the place was amazing! The customer service at this location was well over 5 stars! I am in the process of waiting for my house to be ready but had to move out of my rented apartment at the end of the month. This was only my second major move without my husband, who died in active service, suicide, undiagnosed post-traumatic stress disorder. He and the military have always dealt with these things, and I just had surgery to add to what was on my shoulders. Kim G said she understood her husband was a retired army officer. We found out that our husbands were stationed at the same FOB during the mission in Afghanistan! They didn't know each other, but still... Wow! Kim G, Lisa and Sarahy looked after me as well as if I were family. I actually cried when I was there because I didn't have to do almost EVERYTHING! It was as if my husband was driving by Kim G.

Good location, like other storage, you can use their flatbed truck to transport your stuff to storage. Secure access only, they give you your own code, you have to use it to enter the building and lift. Kimberly and Kala helped me rent an apartment, they are very thorough and give detailed information. After talking to them, I felt this was the right place for me.

Fantastic facility. I'm fine with my stuff here. Pros: clean, very safe, friendly staff on site, no car traffic. Good interior lighting. Cons: They lock the carts later But the door doesn't close until So how can we move stuff later It's very annoying! I just moved my stuff there 5 months ago and our rent has already gone up $20. I know they said it could go up but it was up 25% from what I was paying before. A little sudden and such a big increase in rent. I think we got about 3-4 weeks notice.

My warehouse on the second floor was broken into. The wires on top of the device have been pulled out for access. The lock was broken too. This happened between 4/11 and 30/11. After discussions with police, multiple devices were hacked at both buildings at this location, as well as other devices at several public warehouses in the Austin area. Five Finger anyone? I was happy with this public storage until today. Their units here are built with the perfect open space above the units for window shopping and entry with a small screwdriver or wire clippers, not rocket science. The specific lock that requires PS to purchase/use is that these units are easily adjustable from the inside. This means that in this case it is more jewelry than security. How do I know? I opened the lock in 15 seconds. Burglars left my locked lock in the lock slot. From the outside, it looked like it was untouched, so no matter how long it took, it meant anyone could take the lock and access stuff on my device. Some of their cameras don't work. The place is clean. Put extra locks on your doors and hope for the best. Good luck.

I confirmed my reservation with Kim, the manager. She was amazing. When I arrived she paired me with Christopher to go through the setup process. Christopher is AWESOME! It's not there all the time, it flows through different places. Not without reason. He is a great asset to the company. If you go to this place ask for Kim or Christopher. I have used several warehousing companies in the past. This experience was head and shoulders above the others. We went there for a good price. Was pleasantly surprised with the service.

Renting a warehouse space for the first time is not a problem. New facility so it's super clean. I have no problem comparing devices as long as I like a device that meets my needs and storage requirements. Super friendly staff ask for excellent help from Kim G or Kim K.

Very pleased with how I was treated by both Kim and Tre. They made renting a place to store our stuff simple and easy while moving from GA to TX. Neat, clean and secure storage areas.

Dena, Kim and John were very helpful and kind. Loved the $1 first month offer. The warehouse is located in a safe area. The facility is clean. The only problem I had was that I missed the ramp and had to spend another 4 minutes using the curve to get back. 😒 Needless to say, I would recommend this storage place to family and friends. 😊

The staff is excellent! Very polite and helpful and the property is very clean and well maintained. I'm starting to like the new vending machine system but this was a shock on the 1st floor with the price of the vending machine. I don't know if I'll use this lock for anything else, so it would be useless to me once it left the warehouse. Apart from that it was a very good experience.

The people are friendly and helpful with all the details you need. They went out of their way to help me decide on the right size to rent without trying to sell me something I didn't need. I just finished university and needed to get all my stuff from my student apartment. First time I got public storage. Kim, Cindy and Robin walked me through the entire process and even showed me around my unit before hiring it. They were very helpful in explaining how it all works. They even go through a complimentary desiccant bag to keep my clothes odor free when stored. I had fun moving my stuff around and felt better talking to them. I can highly recommend this new location.

Got a stock unit of 5x10 last week and so far everything has been great. The whole process was quite simple. I made a reservation online and someone called back the same day to finalize things. Kim and Cindy helped me out at this place and they were both amazing. Very friendly and made sure I had all the information I needed. The bonus was the price. I looked around the whole area and PS was by far the best deal.
